The Preserve at Zilkaatsnek Wildlife Estate is situated on the Remaining Extent of Portion 216 of the Farm Zilkaatsnek 439 JQ, between the N4, R511 and R513 in the district of Brits. The Preserve at Zilkaatsnek Wildlife Estate is situated in the buffer-zone to the UNESCO registered Magaliesburg Biosphere and further part of the Peglerae Conservancy. 27 June 2016 Madibeng Council authorise the proclamation of the Preserve at Zilkaatsnek Wildlife Estate

Terms and Conditions
The Purchaser procures the right to interment in the relevant Sites, which is a personal right. The Proprietor shall not have any right to the land and/or the title of the land.
The Purchaser shall only obtain the right of use upon full payment of the Purchase Amount, unless other wise agreed upon in writing.
The Purchaser may arrange a deferred payment plan with the Preserve for the Purchase Amount and the Operational Cost which may be accepted and agreed to in writing by the Management of the Preserve in its sole discretion.
The Purchaser may not sell the Interment Plots at a price lower than the prevailing prices of the Preserve
Any improvements and/or structures on the Site may only be implemented upon approval by the Preserve Management in writing
Excavation of Burial Plots will be charged to the Purchaser by the Preserve upon demand and at the prevailing rate, which the Purchaser would pay and recuperate from the client.
The Purchaser will only be allowed own Head Stone design in the Upper (VIP) Portions and not in the Centre and/or Lower Portions, where prescribed headstones will be provided by the Preserve upon demand and at the prevailing price at the time.
